Delivery Information

We deliver to all areas across the United Arab Emirates.

The moment you complete your purchase, your order will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.

Delivery Options:

  • Home Delivery: Delivery cost is AED 50or Free delivery on orders above AED 199 
  • Click & Collect

Home Delivery: Accessories 

Standard delivery(processed and shipped within 1-2 business days to the main cities excluding public holidays) 

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai

Within 1-3 business days to all the following Emirates:

  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Fujairah
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Al Ain

Accessories Include: (Bedding, Bath, Rugs, Decor & Cushions)

White Glove Delivery

  • Standard delivery within 2-7 business days 

Large Items Include- (Furniture: Outdoor, Home Office, Living Room, Bedroom & Lighting)

Cash on Delivery

The cash on delivery option is limited to a maximum of AED 3,500 per order. We offer alternative payment options through debit/credit cards for orders above AED 3,500.

The cash on delivery option is subject to a surcharge of 10 AED

Click & Collect

You can pay online and we will deliver your order to the selected store for collection. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email / text message with order number. Please wait for an email and/or SMS from us telling you when it’s ready to collect.

Items eligible for pick up in store.

To find out whether an item is eligible for you to pick up at a store, check the product's detail page on our website. Most of our home accessory products are eligible for in-store pickup, with the exception of furniture, select mirrors and select lighting products.

If you’re unable to collect your order for any reason, please contact us on 800-SHAYA or 800-74292. Please note that we’re unable to accept orders that include either non-available item or items for collection from one of our stores as well as items for home delivery. In these cases please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for home delivery.

We keep your order in store for 7 business days.

All uncollected orders will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
